KML's Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion

I recently received an email from a media company that we’ve worked with in the past; the email went to all of the company’s suppliers/vendors (including KML) because the media company wanted to know which of its suppliers are minority-owned businesses. The company’s efforts reflect their renewed commitment to promoting diversity in the entertainment industry, and showed a recognition that representation in media requires big companies to hire more minority-owned businesses as their service providers.

I want to applaud the company’s leadership for this massive step forward.

Our client roster reflects the diversity of the creative industries at-large, with various clients from different ethnic backgrounds, races, religions, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
